Prof. Albert SO

Professor Albert So is Practicing Solicitor of High Court of Hong Kong, and Senior Partner of AC Lawyers LLP.
Over the past years, Professor So has been responsible for handling financial crime prosecutions, and has also been the adjunct professor of various law and mediation programmes in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas universities.
Before joining the legal profession, Professor So had been one of the team members of a financial regulatory authority, responsible for conducting criminal investigations, handling litigation and disciplinary-related professional proceedings. Throughout his professional time as a regulator, he had personally handled over 800 financial disputes and their relevant litigations. He is currently the Dean and practising lawyer at Greater Bay Area, and he has been awarded the Best PostDoctorate Research Paper in year 2022 on A.I., Legal Technology and Cross Border Disputes.

Dr Melissa POON FCPA (Aust.)

Melissa Poon is a highly accomplished professional with over 18 years of exceptional expertise in audit, compliance, and risk management within the financial industry.
As the Head of ESG Risk at a multinational bank, Melissa plays a pivotal role in spearheading the bank's ESG agenda, driving sustainable practices, and ensuring robust regulatory compliance. She led the coordination of the TCFD report for the bank and the overall assessment including the compliance with the HKMA Supervisory Policy Manual in relation to climate risk.
Melissa conducts comprehensive ESG risk-related training sessions to equip all participants with the knowledge and tools to navigate the evolving landscape of sustainable finance and make informed decisions.
Melissa is an Honorary Lecturer and the researcher of Institute of ESG & Sustainable Development at California University, School of Business Law and Technology. She is being appointed as the Chairwoman of Hong Kong Mediation & Arbitration Centre Training Committee in Hong Kong.
Dr Stanley FOK FCPA

Dr Stanley Fok holds a DBA & LLM degree and is a Fellow CPA in Australia and Hong Kong. He is also a Fellow Accredited Mediator and Accredited Arbitrator in Hong Kong Mediation & Arbitration Centre.
With over 18 years working experiences in Clean Energy Company, International Charity Organization and Public Sector in Hong Kong, Dr Fok gained sophisticated knowledge in the operation of NGO. He was the Module Leader at CityU SCOPE mediation course and the lecturer at YMCA College of Continuing Education mediation course in Hong Kong. He is currently working as a Principal Finance Manager in one of the Core Cities Council in United Kingdom and a member of the Council's Corporate Equalities Network Committee.
Dr Fok is an Honorary Lecturer and the researcher of Institute of ESG & Sustainable Development at California University, School of Business Law and Technology. He is being appointed as the Chairman of United Kingdom branches of Hong Kong Mediation & Arbitration Centre and IGESG.
