Hon Edmund Wong

Edmund Wong is a current member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, focusing on the accounting sector, with over 15 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and auditing. He is a member of various professional bodies, including the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK, the Hong Kong Chinese Accountants Association, the Hong Kong Taxation Institute, the Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Directors Association, the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Institute, and the Chartered Governance Institute in the UK.

Mr. Wong started his career in September 2007 at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as an audit assistant and was promoted to senior auditor by November 2011. He joined Huang Long De CPA Limited in February 2012 as an audit manager and has served as a practicing director since March 2013. He currently serves as an independent non-executive director of Dali International Group Limited (Stock Code: 608.HK) and China Everbright Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 165.HK). He was also an independent non-executive director of Sinsun Intelligent Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1967.HK) from September 20, 2019, to December 11, 2024, with all these companies listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Mr. Wong obtained his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hong Kong Baptist University in November 2007, a Master's degree in Applied Accounting and Finance from Hong Kong Baptist University in November 2013, an MBA from the Hong Kong Metropolitan University in October 2016, a Master's degree in Corporate Governance from the Hong Kong Metropolitan University in August 2017, and a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2021.

Additionally, Mr. Wong is a member of the Legislative Council's Election Committee and the Disaster Relief Fund Advisory Committee, actively participating in social affairs. His expertise and experience will provide significant contributions to the IGESG association, further promoting practices in sustainability and social responsibility.

Dr. Cheung Wing-tak

Dr. Cheung Wing-tak is a renowned medical expert in Hong Kong with multiple important positions and contributions. He is the founder and chairman of the Sunrise Sustainable Development Fund Limited, dedicated to promoting sustainable development and social welfare. Dr. Cheung serves as an honorary advisor for the IGESG association, further enhancing his influence in the areas of environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and is committed to promoting long-term corporate sustainability.

In academia, Dr. Cheung serves as an honorary clinical tutor at the Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and as an advisor at the Health Education and Promotion Centre, providing professional guidance in public health. His expertise will assist the IGESG association in its efforts to promote health and social welfare.

Dr. Cheung is also very active in social services, serving as the commander of the New Territories West Medical Auxiliary Team and as an executive committee member of the Hong Kong Police Drug Abuse Leadership Academy, actively participating in anti-drug and community safety efforts. These experiences enable him to provide valuable insights and guidance in the fields of social responsibility and governance.

At the Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council, he is a member of the Service Development Strategy Committee and the Health and Medical Services Committee, committed to enhancing the quality of community services. As the chairman of the New Territories East Region Shatin North District Affairs Committee of the Hong Kong Scout Association, Dr. Cheung also promotes youth development and education, which aligns closely with the social responsibility principles of IGESG.

Additionally, he serves as a technical advisor for the Employee Retraining Board's Health Care Sector, providing professional advice for industry development, and as a medical consultant for the Hong Kong Correctional Services Staff Union, focusing on improving the quality of medical services. These roles have positioned him as a key figure in advancing social health and welfare initiatives.

Dr. Cheung Wing-tak is widely respected for his extensive professional background and contributions to society, and he continues to dedicate himself to enhancing public health and welfare in Hong Kong. With the support of the IGESG association, he will further promote the practice of sustainability and social responsibility, making significant contributions to the future of Hong Kong.

Dr. Arthur Sham

Dr. Arthur Sham has worked in public medical institutions, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and private dental clinics. He is currently a Dentist in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong. Since late 2009, he has also served as Chief Superintendent (volunteer) for Patients with Special Needs at the Hong Kong St John Ambulance Brigade. Recently, he will join the IGESG association to further promote initiatives in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas, focusing on improving health and welfare for patients with special needs.

Dr. Sham graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta in 1996. He subsequently earned a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from HKU SPACE and the University of Ulster, UK. In 2005, he completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at The University of Hong Kong and later obtained a Master of Science in Health Service Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2011.

He holds fellowships and memberships in various fields, including Biomedical Sciences, Public Health (Food Safety), Health Services Management, Dentistry, and Management Accounting from institutions in Hong Kong, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Dr. Sham is a Chartered Scientist in the UK and a Certified Health Executive in Australia, reflecting his commitment to excellence in health and dental care. His involvement will bring valuable expertise and experience to the IGESG association, further promoting the practice of sustainability and social responsibility.

Mr. Stephen Wong Kai-yi

Mr. Wong graduated from The University of Hong Kong and furthered his studies in the UK, obtaining a Master's degree in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science, specializing in intellectual property, civil litigation, maritime law, and insurance. He qualified as a solicitor in the UK and joined the Hong Kong Attorney General’s Chambers in 1986 as a prosecutor, where he served as Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions and Chief Prosecutor/Chief Government Counsel, handling matters related to the Commissioner of Justice. In 2015, he was appointed by the Chief Executive as the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.

After completing his term in public office in 2020, Mr. Wong began private practice and currently serves as the Principal Counsel at Golden Leaf Chambers in Hong Kong. He specializes in traditional civil, commercial, and criminal arbitration/litigation (including cross-border cases) and has recently provided a diverse range of professional services for Mainland and Hong Kong enterprises, covering data governance, finance, insurance, artificial intelligence technology, traditional Chinese medicine, healthcare disputes, and international law.

With his extensive legal background, Mr. Wong plays a pivotal role in the realm of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. Recently, he will join the IGESG association as an honorary advisor, aiming to promote compliance and transparency in corporate sustainability and social responsibility practices. He will leverage his legal expertise to assist businesses in balancing commercial needs with social responsibilities while developing effective ESG policies that encourage long-term sustainable growth.

Mr. Tong Jianhua

Mr. Tong Jianhua began his legal practice in 1993 and has accumulated thirty years of extensive experience. He graduated from Sun Yat-sen University Law School in 1989, obtained a Master’s degree in Finance from Northeast University of Finance and Economics in 2001, and a Master of Business Administration from Macau University of Science and Technology in 2006.

Key Professional Experience

Establishment and Development of Law Firm

In 1997, Mr. Tong founded Guangdong Honganxin Law Firm, where he has served as the Chief Partner and Principal Lawyer. He led the firm to collaborate with Chan Pui-Yuk Solicitors in Hong Kong and established Guangdong Honganxin Law Firm (Hong Kong), gaining approval from the Hong Kong Law Society as a registered foreign lawyer. Additionally, he co-founded the Honganxin Chan (Guangzhou) Joint Law Firm, the first and only Guangdong-Hong Kong joint law firm in Guangzhou's Yuexiu District.

Practice in Hong Kong

During his time practicing in Hong Kong, Mr. Tong successfully handled numerous cross-border legal cases, providing professional legal services to local residents and businesses. He actively participated in legal exchanges and cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, promoting the implementation of the "integrated rule of law" strategy.

Cross-Border Inheritance and Civil-Commercial Fields

Mr. Tong has extensive experience in inheritance law, particularly in handling complex and cross-border inheritance cases. His team has successfully dealt with nearly a hundred inheritance cases in the past two years, with approximately 80% involving cross-border legal issues. Mr. Tong skillfully utilizes legal means to balance interests and ensure fair and reasonable distribution of estates.

Integration of ESG Elements

Recently, Mr. Tong will join the IGESG association as an honorary advisor to promote the development of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. He will leverage his legal expertise to help businesses achieve compliance and transparency in sustainable development and social responsibility, facilitating collaborative ESG policy development in the Greater Bay Area. His experience in cross-border legal services will provide practical advice to enterprises, aiding them in achieving sustainable business growth in a global context.

Social Responsibilities and Philanthropy

Mr. Tong is actively engaged in social welfare activities, holding various positions in social and legal organizations to provide legal assistance to disadvantaged groups. He has also participated in charitable donation activities multiple times, demonstrating his commitment to social responsibility.

With his extensive professional background and focus on ESG, Mr. Tong Jianhua will contribute significantly to advancing sustainable development and social responsibility practices.

Ms. Jacqueline Chow CPA

Jacqueline is a Partner at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu with over 18 years of experience in audit and assurance services, specializing in audits of listed clients, IPOs, and other capital market transactions. She has extensive expertise in serving clients across various sectors, including consumer business, retail & distribution, manufacturing, logistics and transportation, and property management.

Jacqueline serves numerous Hong Kong listed companies, multinational corporations, and state-owned enterprises in Hong Kong, managing operations across multiple locations and playing a key role in regional coordination. She is highly experienced as a reporting accountant for initial public offerings and audits of Hong Kong listed companies. Additionally, Jacqueline is a recognized professional in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters, with in-depth knowledge of the latest ESG-related standards under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. She is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, and the Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) program. Currently, she serves as a committee member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Hong Kong committee.

Ms. Sandy Wong CPA

Sandy Wong currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Ferrero Australia & New Zealand, bringing a strategic and steady hand to one of the world’s most iconic confectionery brands. Based in Sydney since early 2023, Sandy plays a pivotal role in steering Ferrero’s financial strategy, operational control, and business decision-making across the Australia and New Zealand markets.

Prior to this appointment, Sandy held several senior finance leadership roles within Ferrero across Asia, including CFO for North Asia, Director of Finance & Administration for the F&C APAC region, and Regional Finance Controller for Hong Kong and Taiwan. Her deep familiarity with Ferrero’s global operations and culture uniquely positions her to lead cross-functional teams and deliver financial insights that drive performance and long-term growth.

Sandy’s expertise spans a broad spectrum of finance disciplines — from financial accounting, statutory reporting, and tax compliance to financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and management accounting. She is known for her strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies. Her work consistently emphasizes proactive business partnering with sales, marketing, and trade teams, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and market execution.

An accomplished finance professional, Sandy holds a degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is also a certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), and Business and Finance Professional (BFP), underscoring her strong technical foundation and commitment to professional excellence.

Biography
Dr Chau developed his 20 cumulative and continuous years of professional experience in in talent management, corporate strategy and performance. He has engaged in business consulting and higher education for some years. He has been involved in major consulting projects for both the business, public and education sectors.
 
He has worked with CEOs in a range of industries including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, business services and public entities.
